Agent Gadget doesn't show UNKNOWN state after Chat Server Failover

    Description

      Scenario

      1. Agent is handling a chat
      2. Agents sets his/her state to Pending Not Ready
      3. Chat Server failover occurs
      4. Agent goes to the UNKNOWN state but agent gadget still shows Pending Not Ready state

      Workaround

      1. Agent should change the state manually to make it working.
