No supervisor appears whenever the hand raise option is clicked, even though the supervisor is logged in.

It occurs only if the supervisor is assigned to multiple teams

Scenario:
Supervisor A is assigned to Team A and Team B
-Login the agent of team A
-the handraise option is clicked.
-it will show msg "no supervisor available"
-even though the supervisor is logged in.

Note: It won't occur if Supervisor A is assigned to only 1 team
