    Description

      1. When a chat is active and an agent closes his/her browser tab, an agent inactivity timeout is started. When this timeout expires and the agent has not logged in yet, the chat is ended for that agent and is again re-queued. The end reason for this is NETWORK
      2. The session_id change for an existing chat session is a bug caused by a race condition between the inter-communication of the Chat Server, Communication Server, and MRE.
