Description
Hi, Below is the issue reported by the customer where all the history is not showing in the Agent outbound window.
Even after pressing the load more(...) Button Nothing loaded back
the issue we are seeing, when the agent enter the phone number and press “see interactions”, not all the records are displayed. They click on the … to see more interaction, but not all are being displayed.
Here is an example agent Justin sent a message to 3145991957. The response went back to agent Peggy. We tried this with different agents and it was an issue with all of them. We cleared the cache but no change.

There are 2 transactions not showing up. 1 at 12:10 and 2nd @ 12:13. These missing ones are before the yellow highlighted sms @ 12:13 below.
