Description
- we need to change the response structure of bot-connector to chat-server to utilize custom rasa in a better way
- check the purposed structure here https://docs.expertflow.com/display/EKB/botConnector+response
- chat-server will accept this new purposed structure from bot-connector and display all suggestions on agent-gadget for agent in hybrid mode and send all actions to customer of a suggestion with highest confidence in custom-bot mode
