    Description

      Take the following actions to reproduce the issue

      • Create Agent in UCCE
      • Agent synced in UMM 
      • MRE fetch records from UMM by hitting the API 
      • Assign any attribute to this new agent 
      • Login agent on finesse/gadget and initiate chat 
      • The chat will not be routed to that agent without restarting mre-microservice and mre
