Take the following actions to reproduce the issue
- Create Agent in UCCE
- Agent synced in UMM
- MRE fetch records from UMM by hitting the API
- Assign any attribute to this new agent
- Login agent on finesse/gadget and initiate chat
- The chat will not be routed to that agent without restarting mre-microservice and mre
